Missions

Image result for Matthew 28:18–20Making a difference and bringing hope is important to us at New Life both locally and in our world. We support and encourage both career Missionaries and Short-Termers.

Short-Term Missions

What is short-term missions? Well for example in 2011 a team of us went down to Peru for 10 days to help build homes for those who lost everything in the devastating earthquakes that hit the Chincha-Alta community. We had the privilege of sharing the love of Christ as we supplied the materials and built one home and painted another in cooperation with a local Peruvian church. Other short-term trips have been to Cambodia, India and the Andes.

Career Missions

Some people are gifted for and called by God into fulltime missions. They receive training and are associated with an organization that provides encouragement and support. These individuals are financially and prayerfully supported by local churches and individuals who partner with them in the sharing of the Good News of Jesus. We as a church are privileged to partner with some of the best who give their lives in service to others.

Listed below are some of our partner organizations and families.
